Refund and Return Policy 

All sales are final after 7 days from delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and you must contact us for pre-approval. Returns without pre-approval will not be accepted.

• No refunds on sale items, special orders, or purchases made through rebate programs (e.g., BC E-Bike Rebate).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
• No returns or refunds for BC E-Bike Rebate Program purchases. Only exchanges for defective items of equal or higher value are allowed.
• Refunds, if approved, may take up to 30 business days to process.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request.
