Free Shipping Policy – Lower Vancouver Island

We offer free shipping for residents from Sidney to Langford.

Shipping outside this area is not available. Please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping eligibility and details.

Shipping Time:

In-stock items ship within 2–3 days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary.

Electric Bikes:

All electric bike orders require a signature upon delivery for security.

Multiple Bikes:

Multiple bikes in the same order will usually be shipped together.

Refused Shipments:

Refusing delivery will result in a $99 fee, deducted from your refund.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
