However, please be aware that we are currently unable to facilitate shipping to areas beyond this region as for shipping process. At Pavo Bikes, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all e-bikes and items contained within the same order. If your order encompasses multiple bikes, rest assured they will typically be packaged and shipped together, streamlining your delivery experience.
Electric Bike Orders – Signature Requirement
To safeguard your purchase, it’s important to note that electric bike orders necessitate a signature upon delivery. This requirement ensures the secure handover of your prized investment by the shipping provider.
Refusing Shipments – Clear Policy
In the event that you opt to decline the delivery of an order that was dispatched according to your instructions, please understand that we retain the right to levy a flat fee of $99. This fee is intended to partially offset our shipping expenses. Once your order is dispatched, we’re regrettably unable to modify, intercept, or cancel it. If, however, you choose to refuse delivery and the order subsequently makes its way back to us, we will treat this scenario as a return. Consequently, we will proceed to issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, subtracting the aforementioned flat fee of $99.
